职位描述
Team Management : Monitor the team's performance and ensure daily production shcedules are in line with the client expectations, monitor progress continuously and ensure delivery targets are met. Support the TLs in driving operational targets to ensure optimum resource utilisation. Provide guidence to the TLs in case of issues that need immediate attention. Assign tasks or special projects to the TLs. Support the team to ensuring delivery in case of high volumes. Review the delivery updates, reports and trackers prepared and maintained by the TLs.
Client Interaction : Conduct client update calls and make presentations to the client. Participate in periodic review and update calls with the client. Support the Group Leader in handling Client visits and making client presentations. Connect with the client regulary for quality review and seek feedback for improvement of the team.
Escalation Management Handle escalations raised by the client, provide clarity, take corrective actions,give feedback to the team memebrs, update the client on the action taken. Escalate issues that need the manangement's attention ontime and seek clarity. Put mechanisms in place to avoid repetition of errors and ensure the team is upscalled and updated regularly.
Knowledge Management : Participate in Knowledge transfer sessions, process change trainings. Conduct regular team huddles and service huddles to share best practices. Support On-the-Job training of new recruits. Ensure creation of learning plans for the team members and ensure adherence of the same. Participate and faclititate refresher training courses to ensure knowledge updation.
Control & Compliance : Ensure compliance to Infosec and Audit related regulations and guidelines for self and the team. Monitor the teams completion status for all mandatory and compliance training requirements and ensure adherence to regulations. Drive the team to follow process regulations and ensure compliance to audit standards. Ensure completion of all requisite documentation for the team.
People Management : Manage the overall functioning of the team and handle people issues efficiently.Ensure training needs of newly hired team members for process orientation and smooth on the job transition is well planned and executed. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the associates. Prepare performance development plan as per unit/ process specifications. Implement initiatives for fostering increased intra-team engagement and enhanced team dynamics. Provide hiring inputs/ requirements to the sourcing team and follow-up for timely closure of open indent. Support HR in the selection process and conduct TR and MR.Prepare a robust back-up plan to mitigate attrition risk
Performance Development : Prepare and follow the personal development plan and attend required training programs regularly. Ensure completion of PDP and learning plan on time. Ensure completion of PMS related processes as per schedule.
