Provide effective support to the sales management and daily management of the sales team. 为销售部经理层和销售团队提供有效支持。

职位描述：

Provides assistant to sales management, such as reporting, budgeting, planning and promotion activities. 协助区域销售经理进行销售管理，如报告，预算编制、规划和宣传活动。

Assist to complete all related statistics for analyses and expenses reports. 协助完成所有相关的统计分析和开支报告。

Filling for business documents, fax, memo, and from internal and external units.内部和外部文档管理，包括文件、传真等。

Be responsible for all minutes of meeting and conversations both in Chinese and English. 负责所有中英文会议纪要。

Acts as a coordinator for sales department and departments.协调销售部门和其他部门的工作。

Prepare and check contracts with dealers.负责准备和审核与经销商的合同；

Other routine office work such as meeting arrangement, visitors, business trips, entertainment and so on. 其他日常办公室工作，如会议安排，来宾接待、出差安排、招待等。

Other assignments by superior. 其他上级布置的工作。

任职资格：

- Above college degree大专以上学历

- 1-3 year related experience, interested in administration, filling and office work.  1 - 3年相关经验，兴趣行政管理和办公室工作。

- Initiative, team-spirited is preferred主动，富有团队精神者优先

- Willingness to perform and result orientation坚持以结果为导向

- Creativity and ability to Change有创造力

- Ability to work under pressure具有在压力下工作的能力 

- Very good in Microsoft Office良好的办公软件操作
