JOB TITLE: Market Access Specialist/Sr Specialist/Supervisor/Manager

DEPARTMENT: AFS

LOCATION: Shanghai/Beijing （上海为佳）

REPORTING TO: Sales operation manager

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 管理全国范围各级别招投标项目，包括但不仅限于全国、省际联盟、省级、地市级；支持销售团队完成医院级招投标项目；

2. 配合公司招标团队完成每一招标项目具体工作，包括但不仅限于招标政策的收集和反馈、关注招标信息，并及时完成投标材料准备、系统信息录入、价格填报、产品现场议价/中标后配送商的勾选等事务；

3. 管理和分析中标价格；

4. 管理全国范围内医疗服务项目和基本医疗保险的申请；

5. 协助销售运营经理制定和完善BU内部市场准入及招投标流程；

6. 作为BU联络人，完成与公司市场准入及招标团队各项目的对接工作。

   JOB QUALIFICATION

   Knowledge

• 本科或以上学历，医学、药学或公共卫生等专业为佳。

  Job Experience/Competency required

• 药品或医疗器械领域5年以上工作经验；其中高值医用耗材市场准入及/或招投标相关工作2/3/5/8年以上经验（对应专员/高级专员/主管/经理）

• 能适应高频率出差；

• 良好的英文听说读写能力，以可独立完成本职工作的全英文演讲为佳；

• 具备强烈的责任心和主人翁意识，具备优秀的项目管理能力；

• 正直、勤奋、积极、正向、良好的学习能力；

• 优秀的表达与沟通能力；

• 优秀的团队合作能力。
