1. Job description 

   1. Alipay collections and AR closing (daily) 
   2. Invoicing electronic (daily)
   3. booking of TMall invoices (monthly)
   4. month end accrual for costs related to sales not already collected (monthly)
   5. reconciliation TMall statement (sales + collection + deductions + AR) with SAP (monthly)
   6. Check of third party monthly commission calculation
   7. VAT reconciliation if needed
   8. Other tasks.

   
   

   Job specification

   1.       Diploma or University graduate major in Accounting;

   2.       Have accounting qualification certificate;

   3.       Must have e-commerce back ground ;

   4.       PC literate ,excel etc;

   5.       Good in English

   6.       Work hard and meet deadline.
