电话的接听和转接，专业并礼貌地接待来访客人，按照要求接收和传送信息；
筛选来电，并恰当的通知及转给准确的人员；
维护电话列表和协调服务变化；
根据需要，为专员及管理人员提供日常的秘书支持，按照要求协助办公室文员工作，以解决行政管理的需要；
协助主管及团队按照要求完成分配的工作和任务；
接待和引导访客进入办公室，并通知适当的人员；
为来访者提供路径信息以维护公司的公众形象；
发送、接收和分发传真、邮件及电子信息给办公室人员。

任职要求：

专科或同等学历以上在校学生;
专业的人际交往能力；
熟悉办公室软件 。
