As a Head of LBU Industry Management, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Motors and Generators (BU) Business unit, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will lead the Marketing & Sales activities in Large Motors & Generators PG/ Division and Motors and Generators LBU/ Robotics and Motion division in Shanghai state/China country/NAS region. Reporting to the LBU manager, you will define and implement sales and marketing strategies, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the Marketing & Sales team.

- Managing the industry team, define the individual industry target and achieve yearly LBU order target.
- Understanding perfectly market segmentation of LBU 5 PGs products.
- Driving the market segment specific products deployment.
- Driving he market segment internal & external communications.
- Product segmentation with LPGs.
- G2M strategy definition for every industry.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Marketing/Engineering filed (MBA is considered as an added advantage).
- Proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional.
- Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure.
- Willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues, can adapt to frequently travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive open-minded and self-motivated, adapt to travelling frequently.
- Good in soft communication skills and leadership skills are preferred.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
