职位描述
1.能独立完成谈判和签约。
2.有较强的亲和力，普通话标准，灵活的沟通技巧；具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力。
3.有3年以上商业店面、博物馆或办公室装修施工现场的协调和管理经验。
4.根据工程计划，推进施工进度、监督施工质量。
5.熟悉设计施工图纸、制作材料、制作工艺、灯光、结构等。
6.能自行完成工程报价，灵活掌握价格变动尺度，有效的控制施工成本。
7.良好的团队合作精神；责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真，能承受工作压力，吃苦耐劳，乐观向上。
8.能独立开发客户，完成设计、装修项目的开发者优先。
6.能自行完成工程报价，灵活掌握价格变动尺度，有效的控制施工成本。
7.良好的团队合作精神；责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真，能承受工作压力，吃苦耐劳，乐观向上。
8.能独立开发客户，完成设计、装修项目的开发者优先。
9.能够随时上岗任职。
