一岗位职责：

1.负责课程的日常安排、学生档案的制定、日常管理工；

2.与家长和教师进行沟通，了解学生情况，协助教师制定学习改进方案，并定期反馈学生学习情况；

3.负责向学生和家长提供教育相关的服务，获取学生和家长的满意度，促进学生二次报名、转介绍等推广业务。

4.遵守校区其他各项制度、完成领导交办的其他工作。 

二、岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，教育相关专业，其他条件特别优秀者可放宽。

2.教育行业教务类工作经验1年以上，无经验者需具备较强的学习能力。

3.熟悉排课技巧，具有一定的销售技巧，能够完成教务相关的工作任务，办公软件操作熟练。

4.具备良好的人际交往能力、沟通能力、说服谈判能力，有一定的抗压能力。
