As a Sales Admin, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

? Contract management.
? Contract information collection and input.
? Take responsible for contract implementation (include cash collection, order place, customs clearance, goods receive/delivery, and invoice issue etc.).
? SOX documents prepare, monthly closing checking.
? Prepare other sales related report.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A Bachelor’s degree or above.
? More than 2 years of working experience in Sales administration or contract implementation.
? Fluent in verbal and written English and Passed in CET-4.
? Familiar in Computer skill, MS-Office (Excel, Word) and SAP is preferred.
? A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, team work spirit and strong communication skills.
