TITLE: Quality Engineer
REPORTING TO: Quality Supervisor
LOCATION: Shanghai Waigaoqiao （Available shuttle bus）


I. Purpose of Position

Be Responsible for identifying customer inputs about product quality related issues and other relevant issues. Plan and coordinate quality discussion. Formulate appropriate reports to customers.

II. Key Responsibilities

Point of contact for all customers incl. distributors, OEM and MOC (multinational oil companies)
Deal with Customer complaints and communicate quality information to all relevant departments.
Coordinate the quality discussion with all related departments and follow up corrective actions and evaluate action effectiveness.
Deliver appropriate messages and formulate reports to customers.

III. Relationships

The position will be interacting regularly with associates in quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Service engineers.
The position will be interacting external customers

V. Background and Skill

B.S. with at least one year as in dealing with customers in manufacturing industry branch.
Familiar with quality analysis method such asPareto, 8D,and PCBA analysis.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement, root cause problem solving and troubleshooting of product and process issues
Fluent written communication skills in English.
