Job Description:

? He/She will be integrated in Asia Program Management Department to :
- Calculate projected production price of new cars and power trains projects
- Assist Project team to drive cost reductions and fix targets
- Contribute to benchmark studies with a cost oriented expertise
- Being the link between Shanghai office and the PSA France cost departments

? He/She will be a strong support for the Project Development team
- Giving methodology and calculation support of Production Price,
- Giving cost targets in the development phases,
- Analyzing the cost variations between the project milestones,
- Advising development team in its design to cost process.

? He/She will build and feed economical and technical cost models for Asia operations in :
- Maintaining the economical database (labor cost, energy, logistics....)
- Pricing of a detailed Bill of Materials
- Providing cost analysis on the influence of the main industrial evolutions.
- Training on the cost breakdown the new staff in the Shanghai office.
- Reporting those information to the cost department in France and to the Shanghai office.


Qualification and Requirement :

Skills:
o 3 or above years experiences in automotive industry;
o Strong general technical skills covering big components of a car
o Economical background in technical costing, value added calculation
o First industrial experience will be a plus, mainly in automotive industry (OEM or supplier)
o Ability to build up costing models and/or to feed it with updated data.
o Knowledge of Bill of Materials IT systems will be an asset.
o Ability to speak and lead a meeting in English and write reports in English. French speaking will be an advantage,
o Bachelor degree in mechanics engineering or cost accounting, dual degree preferred
o TOEIC is preferred
