MISSIONS:
To lead the fabrication of Styling prototype in the suppliers, follow up their process and quality to ensure the delivery in time and in good quality. Window person for the technical exchange between CSTY department and the suppliers for the fabrication of prototype. The role must ensure rigorous implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement culture so as to ensure breakthrough levels on performance in all dimensions.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Mentor, develop and coach the development of suppliers in term of quality and process.
· Redaction of SOR (Specifications of Requirement) for the fabrication of prototypes by suppliers.
· Communicating and reporting performance and progress to senior management.
· Analysis and evaluation of supplier periodically capability.
· Assist in the technical review and pre-award processes such as presentation places arrangement and so on.
· To conduct specific qualification of suppliers.
· Liaise with engineering functions SDE for resolution and escalation of technical issues.
· Ensure supplier performance through regular reviews and implementation of corrective action plans.
· Drive standardized problem resolution process for incident management.
· Period detail plan on programs ongoing and function team task requirements.
· Participate in extension of lean production system to targeted key suppliers.
· Train suppliers in all aspects of quality management systems.
· Implement systematic program management across all supply base activities.



QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
4/6 year experience in automotive design engineering focused on feasibility & quality, experience of the fabrication of car exterior & interior prototype.
Strong communication and coordination skill.

Knowledge:
Of project management
Experience of production development and concept car specific process

Education:
Master degree (In automotive, mechanical, automotive design engineering)

Specific skills (language, Computer etc.) :
Good command of English & Chinese
Knowledge of 3D soft (ICEMSURF-ALIAS...) will be a very strong plus

Driving license required to ensure prototype follow-up at suppliers.

TOEIC is preferred
