Summary :
You are an actor directly contributing to the group's operating margin with a responsibility related to implement purchasing modular policy in China. Your responsibility will be linked to the cost saving and settlement of working process with the Central Purchasing Team of the Europe Headquarters, the PSA JVs in China and Suppliers.


Key responsibilities:
- Implement purchase policy and process for chassis commodities, ensure better coherent supplier panel/needs and ensure the application of purchase policy.
- Implement and coordinate common sourcing process between Europe Headquarters and Chinese JVs: manage, follow-up, negotiate with all parties to reach to a common sourcing with best prices.
- Listen to all clients' needs and requirements, negotiate with them and find common acceptable agreement for all parties.
- Report progress and results and reach the objectives while managing corresponding work plans.


Candidate requirements:
- University degree or above
- Excellent language skills in Chinese, English and French
- More than 5 years' experience in Purchasing, acknowledge on mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
- Available for business trips (mainly in Wuhan and Shenzhen, about 3 times a month).
