Mission:
Be responsible for the development of a family of mechatronic components
- Switching


Major Responsibilities:
Belonging to the entity specialized in the conception and the development of Mechatronic components, the Mechatronics Lead Engineer :
- Establish all the RFQ package and insure the technical advice for the Supplier Choice
- Insure the reporting to the projects and to the MMVP entity
- Apply the technical and methodological standards of his entity and contribute to enrich them if necessary. Contribute to adapt the methodology to the Chinese environment.
- verify permanently the adequacy between the maturity of the components and the objectives assigned (Quality, cost, Time, Product),
- Pilot in particular the activities of validation for all the family
- Contribute to the module strategy for advance phase with benchmarking philosophy
- Build the world-wide strategy with central domain and JVs
- Manage the Tier1/Tier2 relationship.


Qualifications:
- Master degree above
- Good oral and written English skills
- Deep understanding regarding vehicle and Mechatronic component development
- Good knowledge Mechanical structure and on color and texture, gap and tolerance
- Good knowledge on HW, motor, actuator and sensor
- Knowledge on SW
- knowledge on vehicle networking protocol (CAN)
- Familiar with automotive validation standards
- Good supplier management skill (able to ensure supplier deliverable QCT)
- Technically intrusive, Motivation, Adaptability, Coaching Skills.
- TOEIC is preferred
