Mission:

? Arrange month end closing and yearly closing schedule
? Regular checking on local reporting, BS, PL, CF, etc
? Provide regular accounting analysis of BS, PL and G/L accounts
? Monthly AP/AR reconciliation with HQ
? Accrual postings and analysis
? Daily voucher checking
? Salary/welfare postings and clearance
? Issuing invoices to HQ
? Monthly foreign exchange gain/loss adjustment
? Cooperating with auditors for yearly auditing issues
? Check the data of the reports to external authorities, e.g. tax bureau, finance administration, statistic administration
? Fill in monthly SUIG report to HQ (including defer tax)
? Coordinate with HQ to ensure the correct postings and define accounting schemes
? Coordinate with other colleagues in Finance to make sure the quality of accounting
? Finance process/procedure improving
? Other works asigned by managers


Requirement:

? Bachelor degree or above
? At least 8 years working experience in accounting with at least 4 years in GL; or at least 5 years auditing experience.
? Excellent English and communication skill
? Familiar with SAP MM/SD/FI model
? Familiar with accounting statements
? Familiar with tax, import/export/VAT/EIT etc.
? Team spirit
? Experienced with auditing
? Experience with team leadership is a plus
? TOEIC is preferred
