Description
Job responsibility:
· Ensure the transactions to be in compliance with Worldwide procedures , internal control requirement, HCC and FCPA requirements, and accurate account coding
· Work with regional HQ and compliance team to ensure SOX Compliance, Business compliance
· Continue enhance Internal controls Policy / Process
· Responsible for enterprise risk management
· Coordination with HCC/ Legal / IT on any other compliance related issues.
· Compliant Growth Initiatives
· Continue review/ standardize accounting Policy and Process
· Continue improve Finance Systems / Processes
· Coordination with GFS and constantly make the improvement on process
· Drive continuous improvement in processes and infrastructure for all finance operations
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance management Business or Auditing.
· Minimum of 7+ years accounting or audit experience. Accounting firm or Big 4 experience is a plus. Good working knowledge and understanding of finance compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls.
· CPA, CIA, CISA is desirable.
· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
· a self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and a commitment to absolute performance and growth.
