• Lead the team to review proper approval, the validity and authenticity of submitted invoice and the supporting document before payment processing by Accenture/ GFS for the areas of employee claims from Sales/ Marketing/ Professional Marketing/ PR/ R&D/ MRA/ SC salaried heads, payment to customers, indirect procurement excluding market research, media spending and auditing spending
• Ensure the transactions to be in compliance with Worldwide procedures, internal control requirements, HCC and FCPA requirements, and accurate account coding
• Develop audit and escalation procedures and processes
• Identify control gaps and/or potential opportunities for improvement, provide the audit log to respective functional Board members and parties, assist the Board in the design of closure plan, and track/report results.
• Escalate the non compliance cases to HR and Legal team for further investigation
• Provide training and development program to pre audit team to improve the business knowledge and audit quality
• Work with Finance Director to co-ordinate the Regional compliance review and CIA audit for the expense review
• Be responsible for the recruitment, people development, performance appraisal, performance improvement, and organization planning of the pre audit team

Qualifications
• At least University degree major in Finance & Accounting
• 5~7 years' experience (minimum three years' experience in big 4 accounting firm and minimum of one years' experience for Assistant Manager/Manager Level) in internal audit/control/compliance assurance with a reputable international accounting firm or multi-national corporations.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of finance compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls.
• Able to work under pressure and be willing to make the tough call.
• Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese
Effective interpersonal and communications skills, effective project management skills, and people development skills and organization planning skills are essential to Manager Level.

Disireable:
• Professional Accountancy Qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIA)
