Review proper approval, the validity and authenticity of submitted invoice and the supporting document before payment processing by Accenture/ GFS
• Ensure the transactions to be in compliance with Worldwide procedures, internal control requirements, HCC and FCPA requirements, and accurate account coding
• Maintain audit log and provide the tracking data to related party for improvement
• Follow audit procedures to perform the pre audit
• Assist Pre Audit Manager to identify control gaps and/or potential opportunities for improvement, provide the audit log to respective functional Board members and parties, assist the Board in the design of closure plan, and track/report results.
• Work with Senior Finance Compliance Manager to co-ordinate the Regional compliance review and CIA audit

Qualifications
Essential:
• At least University degree
• 2-5 years' experience in internal audit/Account Payable account or General accountant with a reputable international accounting firm or multi-national corporations.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of finance compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls.
• Able to work under pressure and be willing to make the tough call.
• Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills, effective project management skills, and people development skills and organization planning skills are essential to Manager Level.
Desirable:
• Professional Accountancy Qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIA)
• Previous Experience in a Multinational Organisation
