Role & Responsibilities:

1. As QA Engineer (Liquid Product Franchise) to support on time NPD launch, meet FPO of TT and CIP project
· Participate in Pre-NPD meeting and provide necessary inputs.
· Involve in trial run and lead to conduct validation batches
· Review and approve all related documents, including trial run protocol and its' report, filling validation protocol and its' report, product and process spec., APR, etc
· Prepare process validation protocol and its' report; Revise product specification if necessary.
· Conduct marketed stability test.
· Provide training to OPS as requested.
· Lead failure investigation and problem solving during and after validation.
2. QA management of product/material/process
l Review and approve manufacture records and related quality documents.
l Initiate, review and approve Change Control Request per required.
l NC/CAPA case management, lead/ coordinator for the failure investigation, plan for the correction, follow up for the corrective actions and preventive action until case close off. Verify the effectiveness.
l Handle the consumer complaint. Monitor the trend and prepare monthly summary report. Work with OPS, SQM and S/H care group QA to solve manufacturing related defect. Work with technical team to solve the complaint related to formulation and process design.
l Prepare quality monthly report.
Qualifications

Required Competencies and Skills:

1. Technical competency requirements
· Having good knowledge and experience for production process, process qualification and product qualification.
· Good understanding of GMP for cosmetic product.
2. Relevant experience requirements
At least 3 years experience in QA in cosmetic, Pharmaceutical or OTC manufacturer.
3. Strong leadership/ Management Skill, business communication, urgency in time, collaboration, complexity/change handling, negotiation, innovation, good analytical skill/logical thinking.
4. Having good English in speaking and writing.
5. Bachelor's degree or above (Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Pharmacy or other related science course).
