Report to: Product Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Product Manager to implement and execute training plan
Provide internal training including product FAB (feature, advantage, benefit) and competitor's information.
Provide external trainings for business partners, customers and customized trainings for VIP customers.
Support the Head of Product Management in organizing market analysis and product tests
Support the Head of Product Management for the collection and maintenance of product and competitive intelligence through liaison with field sales force and product advisors.
Collect market & competitor information and feedback to Product Manager for updating product positioning and keeping the training material up to date.
Assist in the co-ordination of product launches, exhibitions and customer events as requested by the Head of Product Management.
Assist in the preparation of product brochures, in conjunction with the Product Management Team and Marketing Team
Assist in the development of product retail campaigns
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experiences:

2+ year new product introduction or relevant experience
Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Strong team work player; Active working attitude and positive character
Outstanding in spoken, reading and written English
Self-confident and outgoing personality
Be able to trip frequently
