岗位职责：

1、全英文教授3至18岁少儿英语教学；

2、授课，认真负责地完成教学任务；

3、跟进学员服务和家长服务，完善学员资料库；

4、参与教学体系建设与完善工作，参与教研。

任职要求：

1、有少儿英语教育相关工作经验；

2、大学英语6级或英语专业4级以上，口语表达优秀；

3、认真踏实、积极主动，自我提升意识强；

4、亲和力佳，优秀的人际沟通能力；

5、立志投身教育服务行业，对教育服务工作有自己的认识与热情。

薪酬待遇：

1、综合月薪8-10K+/月（底薪+课时）
