Job Requirement岗位要求：

1.识别中小企业、全球组织以及直接消费市场中新的销售机会，并通过电话推销和网络技术达成销售目标；Identify new sales opportunities targeting SME and Global organizations as well as the direct Consumer market, and generate new leads through cold calling and networking techniques;

2.   向客户提供专业的建议和行业咨询；Deliver professional proposals, best practice and industry updates to your clients;

3.   提供有效的销售演示和准确的文档信息；Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation;

4.   销售一系列公司服务，包括但不限于国际搬家服务；Sell a range of company services including but not limited to household goods moving (HHG);

5.   在规定的时间内完成公司规定的销售目标；Achieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within prescribed time frame;

6.   确保销售数据记录在公司的系统中；Ensure that sales data is recorded on the company system;

7.   按要求参加区域内以客户为中心的展会、市场活动等，以支持个人和公司的收入目标完成；Attending Client Focused exhibitions in the region as required, manage own marketing programme to support personal revenue targets;

8.   与部门经理和团队成员有效沟通，提供支持以完成公司目标；Communicate effectively with team members/department managers, providing support to achieve company targets;

 

 

Skill Requirement任职资格：

1.  本科以上学历，商业相关专业优先；Degree holder in Business or any related disciplines;

1.   良好的英语听说读写能力；Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;

2.   熟练使用办公软件，包括Outlook, ppt, excel, word等；Good command of computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

3.   有B2B的销售经验，有服务行业、酒店行业、快递行业销售经验优先；B2B sales experience in service field, hotel, courier etc would be preferred;

4.   销售为导向，个性外向开朗，良好的沟通技能，优秀的演示能力。Sales oriented, with high energy, excellent interpersonal &communication skills, presentation skills and customer centric solutions.
