1. 主要负责中厨房广式点心等其他面点的制作；

2. 在厨师长的带领下，严格按照工作程序与标准进行实际操作；

3.负责开餐前各种盆、盘盛器的准备工作。负责餐后点心食品的收藏，用具整理，原料保管，设备清洁等收尾工作。

4.随时保证工作岗位及包干区的卫生整洁。

5.完成厨师长交办的其他工作。
