Maintenance Engineer

Report to Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage facility and equipment modificationprojects;
• Carry out the daily maintenance and emergencyrepair to ensure the process equipment run stability;
• Implement the preventive maintenance system,according to the plan to finish equipment maintenance regularly;
• Develop and contact the qualified suppliers, orderand establish spare parts safety stock;
• Implement all necessary measure, set, calibration,adjusting for equipment and instruments, to ensure the better operation Statusof production line;
• Harmonize and organize the supplier to finish somemaintenance modification for production equipment, effectively control qualityof project;
• Make repair & maintenance procedures, establishrepair &maintenance records, organize equipment fault cause analysis;
• Provide maintenance operation guidance andtechnical training for maintenance technician
• 具有一定的项目经验，能够独立完成设备、设施的维护改造项目；
• 负责设备的日常维修＆维护，处理应急性维修故障，确保生产正常运营；
• 制定并执行预防性维修体系，依据计划定期进行设备维护；
• 发展并管理有资质的供应商，订购备件并建立安全库存;
• 对设备及仪器、仪表执行必要的测量、设定、校准和调整，确保生产线设备在良好的状态下运转；
• 协调并组织供应商对生产设备完成相关的维修＆维护改造，有效控制项目的施工质量；
• 制订维修＆维护流程；建立设备维修＆维护档案，组织设备故障原因分析；
• 为维修技术员提供设备维护操作指导和技术培训。

Qualifications:

• Project management skills and experiences;
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical &Electrical Engineering, Automation engineering or the other correlative majors,FMCG industry is preferred;
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience inthe field of equipment repair & maintenance;
• Familiar with SIEMENS PLC、DanfossVFD、Profibus、ASICan understand mechanical & electrical drawingsand process flowchart;
• Strong at handwork practice; can accept theirregular overtime;Responsibility, initiative, flexibility of workingwith position, ability of analyses and solving complex problem;
• Good priority, planning, organization,communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good computer skills on AutoCAD, Microsoft officesoftware such as Word/Excel/PPT/Project etc.;
• Proficient oral communication, reading and writingin English.

• 本科及以上学历，主修机电一体化、自动化工程或相关专业，快速消费品行业者优先；
• 至少3-5年相关设备维修＆维护工作经验；熟悉西门子PLC、丹佛斯变频器、Profibus总线控制系统、ASI总线控制系统；
• 能看懂机械、电器图纸和工艺流程图；动手能力强，可接受不定期的加班安排；
• 工作积极主动，有责任心；有分析和解决综合问题的能力；
• 好的人际关系，优先、计划、组织、沟通技能；
• 好的计算机技能，熟练运用AutoCAD, Office等软件；
• 出色的英文听说读写能力。
