Overall Role Purpose:Perform mailroom duties and customer service functions and assist the Team Leader in his functions
Reports to:Mailroom team leader

- Perform mailroom activities at the customer’s premises in an area provided by the customer
Overall goals / Typical measures
- Perform mailroom tasks as specified in the contract

Key activities
- Liaise with local and overseas courier agents on the pickup of the courier shipments
- Liaise with DHL customer service unit on the tracking of the customer’s courier shipments

- Proper coordination between the mailroom and the courier agents and DHL customer service unit
Process
Key activities
- Receive, record and sort incoming mail/courier items
- Collection and distribution of mail and documents
- Deliver important documents/couriers and obtain signature from recipients
- Prepare outgoing mail/courier items and arrange for pickup
- Perform ad hoc urgent activity - collection/delivery
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback

- Proper records and complete documentation
- Carry out instructions as per customer’s requirements
- Prompt, professional and courteous when responding to customer’s feedback and complaints
