Job Accountabilities 职责：

1、能够完成各类品牌连锁店铺的空间平面规划和施工图设计；

2、负责公司连锁品牌效果图设计；

3、负责对项目进行跟踪和监督；

4、与客户沟通顺畅，在工作中有担当；

5、具有较强的整理能力，制作项目进度表;

6、准确把握店铺信息并具备准确的判断力；

7、具备团队协作精神，规定时间内完成图纸设计；

8、配合项目主管完成相关工作。完成公司领导交办的其他工 作。

Job Requirements 任职要求：

教育（专业/学历）专科及以上，室内设计、装饰装修、建筑设计等空间设计相关专业 经验： 1-3年

岗位知识： 了解建筑施工工艺及装饰材料 岗位能力： 实践经验丰富，了解现场施工运作

计算机水平： Autocad、3Dmax、Photoshop等设计软件

其他要求： 语言表达能力、沟通能力强，富有团队合作精神和品牌服务意识，能吃苦耐劳，工作积极认真，有大型连锁店铺设计经验者优先录用。
