Responsibilities:

• Assist the China Group Leader to formulate marketing strategy to align with the business strategy for China and effectively identify target audience, deliver key message and leverage available channel to drive awareness, conversion and on-going retention of our key clients
• Work with key stakeholders and business units to develop effective marketing plan to drive the business growth

• Lead the strategic publicity plan and social media plan in China, and drive various social media campaign to increase the audience size and reach target audience and media

• Plan, steer and implement marketing communication campaign to deliver integrated communication activities, working in close collaboration with business units and regional / global communications teams.
• Drive the brand strategy of China to enhance the engagement with the specific target stakeholders
• Ensure the brand is promoted accurately and professionally in any communications with actual and potential partners and clients
• Evaluate competitive challenges for brand and identify opportunities for growth enhancement
• Conduct market research and analyse competitive activity and trend in markets

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business related discipline
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of all aspects of branding and marketing strategy
• Solid connection/relationship with media and pitch stories to increase media coverage in China,
• Experience in construction/engineering industry will be an advantage
• Track record of both developing strategies to meet goals and executing effectively on that strategy; great planner with excellent follow through
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in writing, in both English and Chinese
• Ability to lead effectively through relationships, persuasion and influence
• Sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization’s success
