职位描述

- For our IC Sector in shanghai, we are looking for a Commercial Officer 商务专员.


What are my responsibilities?
Mission of Function
- Commercial Project Management (CPM) for complex customer projects with the project category A,B and C. The responsibility of the CPM is to provide expertise in all commercial, financial and contractual aspects of the project execution.


Dimensions of Function
- Project specific: Sales, EBIT, Project Cost, Non Conformance Cost, Productivity, Risks & Opportunities


Contacts (internal/external)
- Project specific: PM Team, Customer, Supplier, Consortium Partner, Regional Unit, Accounting & Controlling, Purchasing and further internal partners


Tasks:
- Financial / financial accounting tasks (in close cooperation with functional departments)
- Safeguarding shareholders interests by assuring correct accounting and reporting of the project according to the applicable financial accounting rules (IFRS / US-GAAP / “local GAAP”) and Siemens guidelines.
- Deviation management (Fitback), reporting and project planning/forecasting, e.g. Non-Conformance-Control, standard project reporting, asset management, Cash flow-calculation
- Finance topics of the project (permanent establishment avoidance / taxes, hedging of foreign currencies, insurances, project financing)

Management tasks:
- Contract- and Claim- Management / Change Management in terms of contractual items (towards customer, suppliers and other partners)
- Reporting and representation of the project on internal demand
- Contract analysis (commercial perspective) and contractual issues during execution
- Preparation of risk-/ and opportunity-analysis and executing measures together with PM
- Management of invoicing and payments
- Commercial support of project site management
- Delegation of personnel to project site (together with responsible functional department)
- Export Control and Customs (ECC) topics regarding the project (in cooperation with the ECC-officer)
- Deputy of PM (if nominated)

General tasks:
- Contact for external and internal partners regarding all commercial project issues
- Ensure a project execution and controlling according to internal guidelines (PM@Siemens, 4-eye-principle, etc.) and external requirements (IFRS / US-GAAP) in observance of the financial project targets (monitoring of project KPI’s like gross margin and cash flow)
- Fulfillment of compliance requirements
- Ensure a project information flow and coordination between the involved functional departments (project controlling, accounting, financing, procurement and logistic, contract management)
- Project Reporting

What do I need to quality for this job?
- Commercial apprenticeship (preferable within Siemens), Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or similar education/professional experience (min. 3-5 years)
- Experience in Project Execution preferred but not mandatory
- Leadership experience desirable
- Experience in foreign countries desirable because of intensive contact in export business
- Frequently English both in writing and speaking;
