Your tasks and responsibilities

• Complete all request for quotes (RFQ) accurately and timely.

• Track and trace the RFQ and monitor spot status.

• Work together with airfreight teams closely to ensure the price and service provided in the pricing stage is competitive

• Adjust and update the price and services quoted on a monthly or quarterly basis to align with the market.

• Assist in the implementation of awarded business. 

          

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience in airfreight. You are committed to deliver the best customer care experience, and at the same time, achieve growth targets. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is necessary for this role.
