Responsibilities

1. Responsible for annual KPIs set up of entire IMS-Services China team based on global targets


2. Lead the China services category sourcing by leverage the China volume to secure price, capacity and services levels in line with commitments to the business during the daily operations


3. Guide the local team by reviewing the operation work such as price comparison, DPO result , Pos as well as manage the second level escalations


4. Roll out the global supplier agreements and step in the contract negotiation at country level


5. Regional responsibility for supplier matrix establishment and supplier development / performance evaluation


6. Act as a key contact person for supplier relationships


7. Guidance and development for the Local Buyers capabilities

Requirements

1. 5-7 years indirectly material sourcing experiences, especially in services


2. Familiar with SAP MM module is a plus


3. Automotive background is preferred


4. Good communication skills


5. High motivation and a good team player


6. Fluent English in spoken and orally
