As a Business Occupational Health & Safety Specialist, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Business and Drives (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will make a vital contribution to improving Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) performance by driving behavioral change, maintaining an exemplary safety culture, and will be based in Shanghai state/China country/NAS region. you will support the business by applying your in-depth OHS knowledge to offer solutions and advice to a variety of challenges. Maintain the quality management system, ISO9001, Handle customer quality complaint as a team leader, CCRP coordinator, drive to solve the quality issues both in production and system.

？ QMS (Quality management system) process review.
？ RA project process audit (Monthly).
？ Internal QMS audit.
？ Coordinate ISO 9001 DNV audit.
？ Corrective actions of ISO audit findings.
？ Handle customer complaint and build the team for the solution, with 8D method.
？ Manage the CCRP system as a coordinator by log, respond, push and follow up the tool.
？ Build and push the team to resolve quality issues both in SU & system.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ More than 5 years’ experience related function.
？ Familiar with quality tools.
？ External communication with External & Internal customers.
？ Proficient in statistics of data analysis.
？ Good interpersonal skill & good team player.
？ Ability to manage complex issues and work with cross-functional teams.
？ A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
