NPI-ATE Test Engineer--------------- Qualcomm Shanghai
Job Overview:
? NPI ATE Test Engineer will be responsible for QCOM IC NPI development in ATE engineering area. Candidate should have a strong understanding of ATE S/W & H/W development, WiFi/BT/RF/Ethernet product knowledge, IC Characterization and Qualification. An ideal NPI-ATE Test engineer should also be a highly motivated and fast learner, team player with good communication skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
? ATE test program development for NPI on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other ATE platforms
? ATE Loadboard or Probe card design for NPI on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other ATE platforms
? IC Product bring-up, verification and characterization on ATE
? NPI production program release
? Trouble-shooting on different failure mode and test coverage improvement on ATE
? Supporting on IC testing, evaluation, and qualification
Qualifications:
? BS Electrical or Computer Engineering, MS preferred
? Good communication skills in English
Skills/Experience:
? Be familiar with ATE SW/HW development on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other similar ATE platforms
? Proficient in VB, C-language, and Perl/Python scripting language
? Be familiar with IC bring-up, verification and characterization on ATE
? Has experience of NPI ATE program correlation & release into production
? Proficient use of lab instruments/tools (Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Thermal Stream etc.) is a plus;
? Knowledge of BT/WiFi/Ethernet/SOC Communication IC products and test as a plus.
? Knowledge of IC manufacture flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification as a plus
? Knowledge on wireless communication protocol is a plus
? Experience of IC product qualification is a plus
