Responsibility

* To drive E-commerce B2C business to achieve monthly & annual target with leading the E-commerce B2C department and managing the 3rd party;

* Manage e-commerce B2C annual plan(sales, P&L);

* Manage e-commerce third-party operational partner team. Vendor management business scope including: Store manager/Merchandising & Marketing /Customer service (online chat, call service) pre- and post-sales;

* Manage multi-channel e-commerce B2C platforms including official wechat store, Tmall/JD.com flagship/supermarket sites and other major/emerging B2C platforms etc.;

* Develop and manage online emerging B2C channels to maximize FoodUnion China online business scale;

* Work with 3rd party logistics provider and manage any fulfillment/sell-thru issues;

* Lead across several cross functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience for our online customers;

* EC B2C business SOP timely review & improvement plan;

* B2C websites maintenance & enhancement;

* Customer/Industry Insights;

* EC business review deck & reporting.

Requirement

* Minimum 5 years in e-commerce related;

* Previously managed both Tmall & JD channel is a must, digital marketing, innovative projects and emerging channel management experience in related industry will be highly regarded;

* Good understanding of B2C platform regular promotion mechanisms and web technologies in an e-commerce environment;

* Qualification in a Ecommerce related field with strong on line marketing experience is an additional plus;

* Good communication in both English and Chinese;

* Experience in working with international brands in China market;

* Self-confidence and initiative to work cross-functionally;

* Able to work under pressure.
