职位描述
岗位职责/Responsibilities:
1，组织完成公司质量管理体系的年度外审，包括陪同审核、组织关闭外审发现的改进等；
Organize and complete annual quality management system external audit, accompany with external auditors, organize and close external audit findings.
2，组织完成公司体系内审，具体包含编写内审计划、现场审核、编写审核报告、关闭发现项等；
Organize and complete quality system internal audit of the company system, including establishment of internal audit plan, on-site audit, preparation of audit report, close findings, etc.
3，根据公司活动需要建立/更新质量体系文件；
Set up/update quality system documents according to company’s activity requirements.
4，作为过程审核员进行项目管理、测试过程等过程审核；
As process auditor take process audit such as project management, test process audit.
5，收集、汇总顾客满意度评估结果，完成评估报告，跟踪改进措施；
Collect and summarize the customer satisfaction evaluation results, complete evaluation report, and track the improvement measures.
6，为全体员工提供质量意识、质量管理体系方面的培训；
Provide training on quality awareness and quality management system to all staff.
7，按时按质完成质量经理安排的其它工作；
Finish other tasks assigned by quality manager on time.
任职要求/资格：Requirements/qualifications:
1，熟悉ISO9001标准，接受过ISO9001标准培训，并持有内审员证书；了解ISO17025标准优先
Familiar with ISO9001 standard, have received ISO9001 standard training, and have internal auditor certificate; ISO17025 is a plus;
2，本科以上学历，两年以上质量体系管理相关工作经验；
Bachelor degree or above 2 years working experience in quality system management;
3，参与或主导过ISO9001内外部审核；
Participated in or lead ISO9001 internal and external audit;
4，能独立编写程序文件；
Ability to write procedures independently;
5，工作适应能力强，
Good adaptability to work
6，具备时间管理意识；
Time management concept
7，自我激励，自我完善，
Self-motivation, self-improvement.
8，具有良好的沟通能力
Good communication skills
9，较强的团队协作精神；
Strong team spirit;
