Key Responsibilities:

1. General Oversight of all Dorm Activities全面监督宿舍的各项活动

2. Interacting with students and providing supervision on all activities and routines与学生互动，监督所有的活动和常规

3. Expected to be creative with activities to provide opportunities for student engagement具有创造性的活动，为学生提供参与机会

4. Assist students with time management协助学生管理时间

5. Assist students with the development of life skills帮助学生发展生活技能

The ideal candidate will be/have:.
