Report to: China HR Manager

Job Context

· Lead the function of Training and Staffing in China level by providing the guidance and support to 4 sites

· Drive the annual training needs analysis, diagnose the root cause and implement the training or development programs in country level

· Coordinate Country and Site HR for Country projects in Training and Staffing areas

· Lead the staffing projects including search firm selection, recruiting performance review, etc.

· Lead the campus recruitment and implement development programs for graduates
