职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Consistently identifying process improvements for best practices, maintain the procedures and coordinating the assimilation of any acquisitions.

2. Establish a common/standard process across the AP region.

3. Create an effective tracking process to monitor the performance and provide input and make recommendations as appropriate on the training needs to ensure new and current employees understand and in complaint with the processes.

4. To organize and participate in cross-functional teams when necessary to streamline business processes or improve communications and understanding between the various groups within Company.

5. Recognizes need for improvement, take appropriate action to implement change and actively seeks out experts in other areas to assist in problem solving to streamline to an efficient and effective business processes that will meet or exceed customer's expectations and promote The organization as their supplier of choice and easy to be business with.

6. Work effectively with all Supply Chain supervisors or managers to ensure that organization goals and strategies are being met and the Global Supply Chain organization is consistent in our business processes.

7. Clearly define roles and responsibilities of the employees in each of the steps in the business process. All roles and responsibilities will take into consideration all corporate ethical and business guidelines and will be compliant with all governmental regulations.

8. Participate as a recognized AP representative and AP focal person on the PCAB team and to work with the respective BPO on initiatives, sharing of solutions.

9. Participate as the Supply Chain focal person for internal and external audits on the business processes.

10. To identify cost optimization and utilization of regional resource through evaluating the costs along the supply chain.

11. Coordinate and jointly review with the Supply Chain functional leaders to consolidate the monthly supply chain performance (including budget tracking) with the commentary and to the monthly supply chain status report is published timely.
