1. 接受项目经理的领导，管理整个工程部的员工；

2. 有效地保障院区设备、设施安全经济地运行和建筑、装潢的完好；

3. 制定有效维修计划，保证设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。

4. 制定和审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。

5. 负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪、控制所有水、电、气等的消耗并严格控制维修费用，保证最大限度的节能、节支。

6. 根据运转情况和气候与市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划和运行维修费用预算

7. 负责协调相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境

8. 主持部门工作例会，协调班组工作;

9. 分析项目报价单，重大项目应组织人员讨论并现场检查施工质量与进度，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收；

10. 配合搞好消防、安全工作;

11. 建立完整的设备设施技术档案和维修档案；

12. 随时接受并组织完成上级交办的其它工作事项

任职资格；

1. 具有专科或以上学历。

2. 对工程项目管理知识、行业法律法规熟悉和了解；

3. 吃苦耐劳、工作认真负责，具有很强的动手能力、分析和解决问题的能力，较强的协调能力；

4. 具备3年以上相关行业的工作经验。

5. 具备良好的沟通力、自我激励和积极自信的心态。

It is formally established in 2014 with a headquarters in Chaoyang District, Beijing and a branch in Yangpu District, Shanghai.
