工作概述

此工作岗位为***，弹性工作制，每周工作时间不超过24小时。主要负责RMA设备的收发、整理、检测，并协助Kramer工程师完成RMA流程。

工作责任和义务

• 接收RMA设备，确认所接收设备的完整性。

• 搭建测试环境，检测和确认RMA设备是否存在客户所描述之故障现象。

• 整理RMA设备，保持RMA工作环境的整洁、有序，符合安全标准。

• 辅助Kramer工程师完成RMA流程。

• 统计、分析RMA相关数据，帮助公司改善RMA流程。

任职资格

• 教育程度：大专以上学历，能够用英文进行简单的书面交流者优先考虑。

• 专业知识：具备良好的音视频基础知识，有音视频行业从业经验者优先考虑。

• 个人素质：工作认真、细致、负责，良好的自律性，良好的沟通、表达能力。

Responsibilities and Duties
