在国内市场销售本公司贝克特品牌及代理品牌的锅炉,燃烧器,控制器等产品
Major Responsibilities 工作职责:
Discover new business leads and to execute initial contacts; conduct follow up activities including calls, emails and visits to develop customer relationships.发现新的业务机会并执行初步联系;开展后续活动,包括电话、电子邮件和访问,以发展客户关系。
Communicate with customers to collect their needs or potential needs on products, services, solutions or others; evaluate sales possibilities and forecast revenue. 与客户沟通,收集他们对产品、服务、解决方案或其他方面的需求或潜在需求;评估销售可能性并预测收入
Manage RFQ, pre-sales technical services, contracts and other necessary sales procedures to pursue short-term POs issued by customers.管理询价、售前技术服务、合同和其他必要的销售程序,以获得客户发布的订单。
Cooperate with internal team to complete product sales and delivery and ensure timely payment according to contract.
和内部团队合作,完成产品销售发货并确保客户按合同及时付款
Track competitor dynamics and generate proposals for updating products, services, pricing, contract terms and etc. Work with executives to develop competitive marketing strategies.跟踪竞争对手动态,为更新产品、服务、定价、合同条款等提出建议。与高管合作制定竞争营销策略。
Experience Required: 工作经验要求:
3-5+ years domestic sales experiences for boiler related product,Familiar with domestic boiler market demand and main brands.3-5年以上锅炉或同类产品国内销售经验,熟悉国内锅炉市场需求及主要品牌
Experience Preferred: 有以下经验优先:
Worked in a multi-lingual environment, International company experience and oversea training experience.在多语种环境下工作,有国际公司工作经验和海外培训经验
Knowledge, Abilities and Soft Skills 任职技能要求
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (verbal and written); proven ability to understand customer needs, to lead customers to decisions, and to make deal with customers出色的中文沟通能力(口头和书面);能够理解客户需求,引导客户做出决策,并与客户打交道。
Good personal image, on behalf of the company in the necessary occasions (exhibitions, customer visits) to promote the introduction of products个人形象好,代表公司在必要场合(展会,客户拜访)对产品进行推广介绍

Education: 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree and Mayor in Business or combustion Engineering is preferred 本科或专科,商科或燃烧工程专业优先
Over-sea education background is preferred有海外教育背景者优先
