This position is set up to have one designated individual responsible for the overall information system infrastructure in North region(BJ office, warehouse and other cities) and tier 1 support for all internal application system to North region users.

Purchasing new computer equipments and related equipments, and control under budget.

Responsible for the software management and to ensure only approved software are installed in all the desktop and laptops

Multi-task Printer, Fax machine maintenance and communicating with supplier.

Ensure all the office facilities are used only for business purpose, and conduct regular check up to clear up forbidden software/program on Company computers including laptop computer.

Be responsible for all the laptop computer assigned to individual senior executives and make sure these computers are used correctly and maintain properly. All these computers should be tagged as part of fixed assets and being accounted for.

Supplier management

Coordinate with suppliers/service venders to ensure all the facilities/network/system are functioning well and proper regular maintenance is conducted.

Supervise supplier/vender‘s service/product quality and submit regular report to Regional and IT line manager to reflect such assessments.

Constantly and proactively look for better service package/product to achieve cost-effectiveness.

Requirement

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Language: Good Chinese & English (preferred) communication skills

Experience:

At least 2 ~ 3 years working experience with system maintain (Email, Windows AD ) and helpdesk

Familiar network on WAN, LAN and wireless, CCNA or CCNP is preferred
