职责描述:
New City/Channel Development
? Enhance company’s brand awareness in China market;
? Explore & identify potential market in China in conjunction with the BD manager, develop the action plan that includes:
? Relationship establishment of key third-party agents, relative airlines and tourism bureau to promote Club Med Resorts worldwide;
? Other potential opportunities exploration such as local wholesalers, corporate clients and club etc;
? Organize and coordinate marketing events and exhibitions;
Shop in shop development in 2nd tier city
? Seek right partner to cooperate with us on SIS project
? Make sure SIS follow brand standard for both location and traffic
? Operation management and achieve sales target
New Project
? Implement BOOK to distribute product to more clients and in more markets
? Look for specialist in SKI to support Mountain Ambitious
? Make CMJV Chengdu to be a pump in the market
Mission 1 : Develop new client to enrich client mix and diversify product portfolio
Identify and develop potential TA in the market;
Looking for wholesalers who are focus on specific destination
Mission 2 : Expanse 2nd tier cities including TA and SIS to enlarge business realm
Select partners who can have stable contribution in 2nd tier cities
Make sure SIS is a window for both brand and business in the cities
Leverage local media resource to help us to secure the market fast
Mission 3 : Implement BOOK to optimize working process and as a tool to secure the market
Promote and implement BOOK in 2nd tier cities to distribute CM product
Take training to convert business from BOOK
Mission 4 : Support Sales Director to build up sales team in North
To motivate sales team being more productive, result-driven and team work
Train and coach team members, focus on developing high potential talents with open-minded and people oriented spirit
任职要求:
- At least 8 years' working experiences in travel industry;
- Experienced in project management with strong leadership skill;
- Familiar with tourism market, with fruitful client and channel resources;
- Mature skills in leadership, cross-functional cooperation, communication, coaching and team-building;
- Capability in negotiation, training, running event, budget control and project management;
- Microsoft office;
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English;
- Integrity, Study, Self-motivated, Team work
