In this role, you will:

- Sales communication on new initiatives, business promotion plans and new products with frontlines and key stakeholders

- Drive the implementation of new initiatives and business promotion plans in branches

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of business promotion plans and other initiatives

- Analyze and regularly review the business performance and KPIs of the branches and channels, not limited to product mix, frontline productivity, sales targets and results analysis.

- Conduct the activity analysis on the business support of BDMs through daily logs to support the transition of BDMs

- Assist line manager to develop and execute the business development plans and strategies
