This role will be responsible for leading and developing the VM plans to maximize commercial impact in stores and clear communication with customers across Greater Asia market.

Responsibilities:

- Develop VM strategies for the Greater Asia market based on HQ guidelines, ensure the strategies are clearly communicated to store teams, both for retail and wholesale channel.

- Ensure clear seasonal VM guidelines are in place and communicated to store teams on a regular basis

- Develop initiatives according to weekly trade meeting results, maximize product commercial potential with appropriate action plan

- Actively participate in seasonal buying/sell-in meetings, support merchant team in product assortment and product marketing materials

- Responsible for retail marketing, cooperate with retail and wholesale team on promotion POP/display, GWP making, new stores grand opening events, etc.

- Actively involved in company level annual marketing events.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Arts & Design or Visual Merchandising related disciplines

- A minimum of 7 years of experiences in international fashion apparel brand

- Solid knowledge of Greater China market, experience from other Asian markets is an advantage

- Strategic and proactive mindset combined with a mentality to get things done on all levels

- Self-driven and organized with ability to push through commercially good actions

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills

- Excellent PC skills including MS word, Excel, Powerpoint. Familiar with AI software.

- Fluent in English and mandarin.
