We are looking for a professional Finance Manager to assist our client, which is a big MNC in retail industry.
Purpose of role:
o Lead the finance and administrative function for the client, providing leadership, direction and management of all deliverables whilst also contributing to the JWH leadership team (lead by the Dir. Of Operations) through effective participation, challenge and insight. Key deliverables are:
o Ensure the company's accounting records are properly maintained
o Embed a rock solid controls, compliance and ethics environments
o Ensure efficient effective close of month end accounts including RTR, PTP and OTC with focus on cash flow
o Promote and support good business relations with government agencies, vendors, customers and affiliated companies
o Support the GM on all financial and administrative duties including the effective management of subordinates
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting or finance
· More than 5 years working experience and 2 years management experience with F&B working experience preferred
· Experiense in hotel, restaurant, retail industry is a must
· Expertise and experience in accounting, finance, tax, internal control and management, ideally in a MNC environment
· Ability to analyse and interpret the business value chain i.e. understand the sources and drivers of value across the business
· Capable to manage relationships with senior leaders and key partners as well as ability to establish rapport across functions
· A positive, can do attitude ; team player who works well under pressure
· Strong skills in the area of leadership, coaching, mentoring, motivating and influencing
· Fluent in Mandarin and strong spoken as well as written English
