Work Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Responsibilities:
·Perform Supplier audits and "due diligence" as required per certification requirements and/or various business needs.
·Identify and monitor "critical to quality" parameters for top suppliers in the Halliburton Approved Vendor List
·Oversee first article inspection and insure supplier process capability
·Lead risk assessments and create product quality plans with suppliers
·Proactively lead supplier development activities.
·Interface with engineering and procurement to get parts qualified in a timely manner
·Analyze and respond to Customer complaint reports, Corrective action reports, and Non conformance reports as it pertains to supplier conditions
·Develop and proactively initiate process improvement projects with suppliers to improve quality, technology , cycle time and reduce process variability.
·Must comply with applicable Halliburton quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

·Degree in Electronic Engineering or related engineering background
·Familiarity with design engineering as well as manufacturing with 3-5 years of experience with process improvement, quality auditing/inspection, and manufacturing supplier development, plus 2-3 years experience on project management is preferred
·Experience on quality and technology trouble-shooting for electronic and related product
·Quick learner and effective communicator, proactive, smart thinking, drive the result
·Ability to organize the team work with cross function between supplier, customer, and all global internal team
·IPC 600 & 610 Knowledge is preferred
·Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Certified Quality Engineer certification preferred
·ISO 9000/2001 Quality System background preferred
·must be able and willing to domestic and international travel.
·Must be proficient in use of MS PowerPoint, project & process management tools
·Excellent organizational, facilitation, and team building skills.
·Fluent with speaking and writing English
