As a Channel Specialist, you will be part of the Motion (M) Business and Drives Business Line (BL), based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Motion (M) Business offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Drive Products Product Group/ Drives Business Line (BL)/ Motion (M) Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. You will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

? Support and maintain existing medium and small-sized channel partners to achieve their annual commitment target.
? Develop and implement specific channel policies for specific channel partners, gradually realize individualized management of channel partners.
? Analyze the channel network by province, formulate the channel network developing plan accordingly.
? Develop new channel partners with the supporting of region and industry sales, e.g. New servo channel partner, new dedicated industrial channel partner.
? Excellent customer-oriented behavior and good communication competence.
? Strategic thinking, open minded, innovative, hard-working with positive attitude.
? Good team work ability.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
? Over 5 years of experience on Electrical, Drives and Automation and 2 years or above experience in Drives Sales.
? Fluent in oral and written English.
