As an LPG Service Assistance, you will be part of the Motion (MO) Business and Drives (BL) Business Line, based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Motion (MO) Business offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.
? Assist service business related to commercial tasks, such as LPG sales report, field service management etc.
? Handle department procurement requirements, including setting budget, tracking delivery date with supplier and monitoring payment process.
? Manage department fixed assets monthly and collect Fixed Assets accounting report annually.
? Facilitate smooth communication across functional department.
? Collaborate Admin Department to organize annual meeting, outing and family day.
? Assist HR Department in handling employee on-boarding/off-boarding process
? Support IT to apply authorizations for new employee.
? Take care of department meeting schedules, including scheduling, preparing agenda and documentations, collecting meeting materials and taking meeting minutes.
? Provide support on events/conferences for oversea visitors, such as visa, agenda, logistic, hotel reservation and catering arrangement.
? Other tasks assigned by department head.

? Bachelor or above degree.
? More than 2 years of related work Experience.
? Fluent oral and written English
? Proficiency in using MS Office, SAP experience is a plus.
? Good communication skills and team spirit.
? Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
