Position Title: Sales Administrator

      Department: Channel Management

     MDT System Title:   Reports To: Channel Manager

 

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

Provide data analysis support.  Coordinate for Dealer Management System (DMS) operation.

Evaluate new function requirement and follow up for the project related.

 

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:  

·        Provide data analysis support.

·        Requirement collection and evaluation of DMS.

·        Operation management of DMS, include establish & follow up SOP, master data maintain.

·        Arrange regular training about DMS and MI tool to dealers and internal colleagues.

·        Enhance supporting system, such as DMS hotline, knowledge database.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Customer oriented

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·        Willing to do

·        Good team player

·        Solid written and verbal English

 

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

·        2+ years working experience in sales operations, medical industry preferred

·        Project experience will be preferred
