岗位职责：

1、 负责全北京金可儿直营店的巡查、稽查工作。

2、 监督并执行公司对直营店制定的营运标准，保持店面形象和用户体验。

3、 监督公司各项政策、促销活动、行动方案在终端门店的执行。

4、 监督各直营店人员排班、出勤、考勤。

5、 组织开展对各个竞争品牌的市调工作。

6、 监督各项异业合作在门店的落地执行。

7、 协助开展直营部精细化管理相关工作。

任职要求：

1、 全日制大专以上学历，3年以上零售行业管理经验或大型零售门店副店长以上岗位经验。。

2、 能吃苦耐劳，具有较强的抗压能力和执行力。

3、 沟通协调及语言表达能力突出，团队协作能力较好。

4、 工作态度积极热情，具有较强的责任心。
